01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or submit an inquiry.

02. WEBSITE AND INQUIRY SERVICES

The Site provides information about Lux Mobility's chauffeur-driven transportation and related mobility services and allows users to submit service inquiries.

Submitting an inquiry does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking, transportation contract, or guarantee of vehicle or chauffeur availability. A service is confirmed only after Lux Mobility communicates the applicable service details, availability, pricing, and confirmation through the appropriate process.

03. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

When submitting an inquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for reviewing important trip details, including dates, times, locations, passenger counts, luggage information, flight numbers, and other information you provide, and for promptly notifying Lux Mobility of material changes.

04. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use the Site or inquiry function to:

• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;
• transmit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Site or its related services;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or administrative functions; or
• use the Site for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

05. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Luxmobility Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

06. SERVICE INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

Vehicle images, specifications, fleet information, service descriptions, availability, and other Site content are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Lux Mobility does not guarantee that every vehicle, configuration, route, or service shown on the Site will be available for a particular inquiry or date.

07. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site may use or link to third-party services, including hosting, analytics, maps, anti-spam, communications, and social-media services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Lux Mobility is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of independent third-party services.

08. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lux Mobility does not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

09. PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that your information will be processed for the purposes described in that policy.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Lux Mobility may update these Terms when our services, website features, or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date shown above. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional requirements under applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over Luxmobility Inc.'s principal place of business.
