1. Collection and Use of Personal Information
Lux Mobility collects and uses personal information only to the extent necessary to respond to inquiries, provide consultations, process reservations, arrange chauffeur services, and provide customer support.
Personal Information Collected:
Full Name, Email Address, Contact Information (Country Code & Phone Number), Service Type, Vehicle Type, Pick-up Date & Time, Flight Number where applicable, Pick-up and Drop-off Locations, Waypoints where applicable, Passenger Count, Luggage Count, Child Seat Requirements where applicable, and other information voluntarily provided in your inquiry.
Purpose of Collection and Use:
Inquiry response, consultation, reservation processing, chauffeur dispatch, service coordination, and customer support.
Retention Period:
Personal information will generally be retained for up to 6 months after the inquiry has been processed and then securely destroyed, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Right to Refuse:
You may refuse to provide consent. However, information marked as required (*) is necessary to process your inquiry or provide the requested service.
2. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Where necessary to fulfill a confirmed reservation and provide the requested chauffeur service, Lux Mobility may provide the minimum personal information necessary to the chauffeur or partner transportation provider assigned to your service.
Recipients:
The chauffeur and/or partner transportation provider assigned to provide the requested service.
Purpose:
Reservation confirmation, vehicle dispatch, service coordination, passenger assistance, and delivery of the requested transportation service.
Information Provided:
Customer name, contact information, pick-up and drop-off locations, service date and time, and flight information where necessary for airport transfer services.
Retention Period:
The information will be retained only for the period necessary to provide the requested service and fulfill applicable legal obligations.
Right to Refuse:
You may refuse consent. However, if the provision of the information is necessary to arrange and provide the requested transportation service, the requested service may not be available.
Lux Mobility provides only the minimum personal information necessary for the delivery of the requested service.
